Based in Bengaluru, the DEAL Urban programme provides participants real life work experience, the programme is structured to be delivered over 12 weeks. It is made up of both taught and mentorship elements.
The taught element of the programme is delivered over eight weeks within a group setting. Participants choose to complete either the entrepreneurship or employment pathway modules. The delivery of these modules takes place in a highly interactive group setting, with real life examples/case studies and tasks/activities that participants are required to complete.
The mentorship element is delivered via a suitable placement over four weeks in an enterprise / workplace setting.
