Mrs. Elizabeth Shroff  – Head of Finance & Administration, has a background in Personal Banking & Insurance.  With a  P.G. qualification in Global Health & Development Disability Pathway from UCL in London, she is  a senior professional and  a leading proponent of Social Banking and targeting those most in need. Having responsibilities as a carer she has direct experience and understanding of issues effecting people with disabilities.



Dr. R S Giraddi – Board Member, was a Professor of Entomology and Dean (Administration) University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS) Dharwad and University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS) Raichur. He has over 35 years of academic, agriculture and allied business sector experience.

He is a keen supporter of grass-root level movements for inclusive change and development.



Mr. Sarbajit Ghose – Board Member, has a background in Mechanical Engineering with 40 years’ experience in textile manufacturing. He is a passionate advocate of Corporate Social Responsibility.

He has direct experience of implementing ISO- 26000 and is an honorary board member supporting different social causes.



Mr. Santosh Panchabhavi – Board Member, has a degree in Electronics and Computer Science. He has over 12 years of experience in IT and Project Management.

He has direct experience and understanding of disability and is a keen advocate of digital inclusion.



Mr. Surendra Shroff – Executive Director, has a background in public service management and disability and development. With 30 years relevant experience across public, private and the not-for-profit sector organisations he is a strong proponent of participatory approaches for sustainable development.

Having direct experience of disability, he advocates promoting inclusion to improve life chances and opportunities for people with disabilities.



Mr. Nick Edwards – Senior Programme Consultant, has a background in toxicology with over 30 years’ experience in epidemiology and human health.  A keen advocate of climate change mitigation, community health and development and early intervention programmes. He has personal experience of disability.



Dr. Javeed Mulla – Hon Director IFS Services, former Head of Animal Sciences Department at University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS) Dharwad  has a Doctorate in Dairy Sciences with 35 years of experience.

Dr. Mulla is a major proponent of integrated farming system practices for sustainable biodiversity and environmental well-being.



Ms. Uma Shirol –Programme Coordinator,  has a degree in Sociology with 19 years’ experience in the field of community organisation and development.

A keen supporter of grass root level movements, she has developed extensive understanding of the role and contribution of the Non-Government Organisations (NGO’s) in promoting inclusive development. She is a strong proponent of outreach and community based service provision.



Mr. Rohan Roche – Development & Communications Lead, has a degree in Business Administration with 15 years’ experience in customer relations across hospitality and insurance sectors.

Having a deep understanding of issues related to disability, he brings vital experience and insight for effective stakeholder engagement.



Ms. Agnes Mary – Digital Marketing and Content Development Officer, has a background in customer relations in the IT industry working for Wipro Technologies. An avid blogger, Agnes brings both creative writing skills, and direct personal understanding and experience of disability.
