Has a background in Personal Banking & Insurance.  With a  P.G. qualification in Global Health & Development Disability Pathway from UCL in London, she is a senior professional and a leading proponent of Social Banking and targeting those most in need. Having responsibilities as a carer she has direct experience and understanding of issues affecting people with disabilities.

Has a background in public service management and disability and development. With 30 years of relevant experience across public, private, and not-for-profit sector organizations he is a strong proponent of participatory approaches to sustainable development.

 Having direct experience with disability, he advocates promoting inclusion to improve life chances and opportunities for people with disabilities.

Was a Professor of Entomology and Dean (Administration) University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS) Dharwad and University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS) Raichur. He has over 35 years of academic, agriculture and allied business sector experience. He is a keen supporter of grass-root level movements for inclusive change and development

Has a background in Mechanical Engineering with 40 years’ experience in textile manufacturing. He is a passionate advocate of Corporate Social Responsibility.

He has direct experience of implementing ISO- 26000 and is an honorary board member supporting different social causes.

Has a degree in Electronics and Computer Science. He has over 12 years of experience in IT and Project Management.He has direct experience and understanding of disability and is a keen advocate of digital inclusion.

Nick is a toxicologist with more than 40 years of experience in human and veterinary clinical toxicology. He is a Fellow of the European Association of Poisons Centres and Clinical Toxicologists (EAPCCT) and has a degree in botany and a postgraduate diploma in crop protection.
Nick’s work with DEAL draws together many of his skills and interests. He is passionate about using his expertise to help people and animals, be that in the field of toxicology, disability, agriculture or education. He is also committed to improving awareness of the dangers of poisoning and how to prevent it.

Nick’s own experience of disability has given him a unique perspective on the challenges faced by people with disabilities. He is determined to use his knowledge and experience to help DEAL achieve its goal of creating a more inclusive and accessible world.

Former Head of Animal Sciences Department at University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS) Dharwad  has a Doctorate in Dairy Sciences with 35 years of experience.

Dr. Mulla is a major proponent of integrated farming system practices for sustainable biodiversity and environmental well-being.

Has a degree in Sociology with 19 years’ experience in the field of community organization and development. A keen supporter of grass root level movements, she has developed extensive understanding of the role and contribution of the Non-Government Organizations (NGO’s) in promoting inclusive development. She is a strong proponent of outreach and community based service provision.
