DEAL Programmes provide people with disabilities with the tools necessary to unlock their true potential and realise their aspirations for success.

Participants are supported and empowered to:

• Acquire and develop entrepreneurship and leadership skills;   
• Build individual resilience; &
• Achieve economic independence.

 

There are two separate programmes that operate across urban and rural settings.
